Please be advised that there will be a minor change to the Lender Portal in reference to the Homeward Bound program.

Effective 9/25/2024, the Lender Portal will display the Homeward Bound program as “Homeward Bound MBS”. Effective 10/1/2024 (estimated), “Homeward Bound TB” may also be displayed. On any given day, the lender portal will show one or the other of these versions of the Homeward Bound Program, but not both, for new reservations.

This change has no bearing on the Homeward Bound program or policy and does not require the Lender to change anything. The program references will be used as indicators for the Agency to identify which investor will be used on a given day.
