Effected Programs:  First Time Home Buyer Program – Urban Target Areas

Effective Date: January 11, 2024

The purpose of this bulletin is to notify Participating Lenders that on January 11, 2024, the Urban Target Areas used for the First Time Home Buyer Program have been updated. The Site Evaluator tool has been updated to reflect the decennial changes in HUD-identified target areas.

Additionally, a new version of the Site Evaluator tool is being launched for use. The old Site Evaluator will still be available for use on previously reserved First Time Homebuyer program pipeline loans.

Both Site Evaluator links can be found on the Lender Resource Site of the NJHMFA website.
