Announcing New Subservicing Agreement

with LoanCare, LLC.

Attention Lenders:

NJHMFA is pleased to announce that it has entered into a subservicing agreement and partnership with LoanCare.

LoanCare is a nationally recognized leader in full-service subservicing to the mortgage industry. The agreement with LoanCare is consistent with the Agency’s commitment to provide a quality servicing platform and deliver exceptional customer service to our borrowers.

All existing servicing activity with Cenlar will be seamlessly transitioned to LoanCare.

Please look for future bulletins that will provide Lenders with the effective date of the transition and information related to updating mortgage loan documents including Notice of Servicing Transfer Letter (aka “Goodbye Letter”), Homeowners Insurance, Private Mortgage Insurance Letters, and Flood Notification Letters.
