This is a reminder to all lenders; Mortgage Record Changes of FHA loans must be completed upon purchase of a loan with NJHMFA. Please refer to the Mortgage Record Changes menu on FHA Connection. The menu will provide options for reporting a change in an FHA case to HUD, including a servicer and/or holder change.

When changing the Holder from your organization Holder number to the NJHMFA Holder number, enter Holder #30269 09998 (NJHMFA) and #30084 (Servicer-CENLAR). Once updated, the changes will be made immediately and can be verified using Lender Query by Case Number.  For additional information, see the Lender Query by Case Number module in the FHA Connection Guide.

NJHMFA requirements regarding HUD Holder changes can be located in Chapter 10, Section 5 of the NJHMFA Seller Guide.
