Important Information: Subservicing

with LoanCare LLC

Attention Lenders:

As previously announced in Lender Bulletin 2024-22, NJHMFA has entered into a subservicing agreement with LoanCare.

Effective for any loans not purchased by January 24, 2025 or after, please note the following changes and adjust all applicable documentation to ensure compliance and accurate servicing of the borrowers loan.

The Seller Guide has been updated to reflect the correct Mortgagee Clause in Chapters 8, 9 and 10 and in the Appendix.
