The Funding Fee assessed to the Lender at loan purchase will be increasing from $200.00 to $211.00 and the Tax Service Fee will be increasing from $76.00 to $80.00, effective with purchases dated on or after 02/01/23. 

Please adjust your fees collected on loans accordingly, to accommodate these changes.
