Announcing Revisions to the Step Up Transmittal Checklist (Step 2)
Attached in this email announcement is an updated Step Up Transmittal Checklist for Step 2 of the compliance review. 

Please note the additions added to the checklist:
  • Copy of FHA Case Number Assignment
  • Copy of the PMI Certificate
These additional items will be required on all loans submitted for Step Up compliance review beginning March 1, 2018.
