Mr. Greenleaf joined Virginia Community Capital in 2015 to start their clean energy lending program. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate lending and business management. His lending background includes solar systems, and affordable multifamily properties. Virginia Community Capital is a non-profit community development bank. Mr. Greenleaf received his MBA in Finance from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Skidmore College.
