As a reminder on all forms and contracts please use Lenson Realty (same name as before, just without the "INC")! Be sure to use the updated brokerage name on any new signs, business cards, or marketing materials.

New Condo Forms

Florida Realtors has released updated condo forms reflecting recent changes to condo safety laws.

The key change: buyers now have 7 days (excluding weekends/holidays) to review association docs.

Updated forms (CR-7, CRSP17x_F, COOP-4) are live in Form Simplicity.

Flood Disclosure

Mandatory Form

Florida Statute 689.302 requires a seller to complete and provide a flood disclosure to a purchaser of residential real property AT or BEFORE the time the sales contract is executed.
