The ENTIRE Bible...in Five Sessions
Please join us at Church On the Hill (784 Sheridan Road, Winnetka) for our Lenten Thursday evening series. This year Christopher will lead us through The ENTIRE Bible in Five Sessions. We begin with Compline at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:15 p.m. in the McClain room and the program portion of the evening from 6:45-7:45 p.m. in the Lea Room. The programs are geared to appeal to adults and youth from middle school-age and up.

For younger children, there will be a Lenten program with seasonal stories and activities in the room next to the nursery. In addition, the nursery will be open all evening.

In our baptismal covenant, which we will renew at the Easter Vigil, five questions are posed to us. We respond to each, "We will, with God's help."
Nadia will lead us for the five Sundays of Lent at Faith & Practice, to consider one of those questions each week. What might it look like to live out these promises more intentionally? How might it change the world around you and beyond?

"Bring a Dish to Share"
Our Easter Vigil Party is the first celebration of Easter. Join us after the 7:30 p.m. service in the McClain Room. This is a "Bring a Dish to Share" style event. Think "one bite" appetizers such as, but not restricted to, shrimp, mini quiche or pastries, sushi, cheese puffs, mini meatballs or crostini. Simply arrange your savories on an attractive plate and place it on the buffet table in the McClain room before the service. We will do the rest, including opening the wine.
