Use your freedom according to its original purpose

Praise and thanks to you, Father, for this second day of Lent. Today we heard your commands, in the first reading, through Moses. By means of our freedom you gave us options to choose. Grant us the grace to use our freedom to choose life, truth and love. Most of all, help us to choose you above everything. This Season of Lent, may we choose only what good, just and right. Lastly, may we choose to love and follow you every day. Grant us the grace to let go of our sinfulness, selfishness, and our unbelief. Help us embraced the new path that leads to you. Increase our faith, hope and love of you today.

Grant all these in Jesus Name. Amen.

St. Catherine Drexel, pray for us.
