Les Mills GRIT Small Group Training is Here!
Following in the footsteps of our popular Summer Slimdown, LES MILLS GRIT™SERIES, is a high intensity interval training program. Each 30 minute session powers your aerobic system at high intensities for incredible results. The small group environment, no more than 8 participants, allows for one on one coaching. This is an intense, more advanced physical training. Please ask a staff member if this type of training will be right for you.
8 clients maximum.

September session begins Labor Day, September 3rd (except for Monday evening)

Early Morning Sessions

3x per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 7 am - $240

2x per week: Tuesday, Thursday - 7 am - $176 


Mid Morning Session

2x per week: Wednesday, Friday 10:30 am - $176 


Evening/Weekend (Begins Thursday, September 6th)

Mondays 7 pm, Thursdays 6:30 pm, Saturdays 7:15 am - $220

The Fine Print
All sessions must be used by the end of the month.  No extensions, no exceptions.  Missed sessions can be made up with another GRIT session or a group fitness class.
