We have started the official countdown - the Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium is just around the corner. On April 26th, we would love to see you in person!

Our agenda has been designed to target professionals who are enthusiastic about palliative and hospice care as well as those who are just gaining interest. If you are a physician, pharmacist, APC, nurse, social worker, chaplain, administrative professional or student, register today to join us. Credit will be provided for medicine, pharmacy, nursing, and social work professionals.

Accreditation: The University Of Utah School Of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
