Let's Catch-up: December 2023
Our mission is to empower families to foster resilience and prioritize mental health and emotional wellness in their children through educational programming, access to resources, and peer support.
It's easy to get caught up in the chaos of year's end.

We have gifts to buy, parties to plan, visitors to greet... and all of this comes amidst a world in turmoil.

How are we supposed to keep up with it all, let alone celebrate?

Mental health professionals remind us to, quite simply, slow down. When we take time to reflect on the moment and look for the goodness, we discover strength in ourselves and nourishing connections in our community.

As always, if you are looking for mental health support and resources, reach out to CATCH. We are here for you.

Help us reach our goal.
Thank you to everyone who donated to CATCH on Giving Tuesday. We are about two-thirds of the way to our goal.

As you continue making your end-of-year gifts, please support our community's mental health. Together, we are learning to prioritize mental health in parenting, reducing the stigma around mental illness, and making sure everyone receives the mental health care they need.
