Community Clean-Up Day

Thank you to everyone who participated in our Community Clean-Up Day event. These residents showed their community pride by taking a little time out of their day to help clean up the neighborhood and keep Union Park Beautiful! They even had time to enjoy donuts and neighborly conversation.

National Good Neighbor Day

Did you know that Tuesday, September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day? At Union Park, we celebrate our neighbors every day!

Please take a moment this week to step outside and greet your neighbors, do something special for them, or even invite them over for a cold beverage. Getting to know your neighbors builds a sense of community and makes Union Park that much more of a better place to live.

Chalk Art Project

It is finally starting to cool down and now is the time to break out your chalk. Join us for our annual chalk art project and create your own chalk masterpiece at home.

Check out this short instructional video from last year on how to complete the project at home.

Send us a photo of you and your masterpiece by Saturday, October 2, 2021, for the chance to win a giant chalk kit.

Community Garage Sale

Be sure to save the date on your calendar and start cleaning out your home. Our Fall community garage sale will be taking place on Saturday, October 16. Residents are encouraged to set up their garage sale items in front of their homes or partner with a neighbor for a more prominent presence.

A large banner will be placed at the community entrance to advertise the sale and direct traffic into the neighborhood.

Union Park Street Squad

Looking for a great way to serve your community? Join the Union Park Street Squad and help clean up the neighborhood!

At your leisure, stop by the office at The Post to check out a bucket, trash grabber, and hit the street with your squad to pick up some trash. Your community service and pride are what help keep our community beautiful and awesome.

Reward yourself with a pat on the back and community pride, but also the chance to win a $25 gift card. When your squad fills a bucket, takes a group photo with the full bucket, and shares it with us, you will earn an entry into our monthly gift card drawing. The September deadline to participate is Thursday, September 30, at 4:00 pm. Contact Lifestyle Director Eric for more information and to participate.
