What comes to mind when you think of a "Hero?"
For many, our first mental image might be of a parent or caretaker, first responder, or veteran -- and rightfully so. But how often are "Youth worker" and "Hero" paired in the same thought, or even found in the same sentence today?
Yet youth workers play critical roles in the Beloved Communities surrounding our city's youth from teachers, to camp counselors, to community workers, and more. Research shows that clinical care for youth workers helps ensure they can better support improved life outcomes for the youth they serve.
That's why we're asking you to help us celebrate our city's youth workers with a gift to support Trinity Boston Counseling Center (TBCC). TBCC provides free and reduced fee clinical care and clinically informed training to 173+ youth workers in Boston who then report better serving thousands of Boston's youth. But it doesn't happen without your support.
