Dear sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus, part of a growing repentance remnant globally,
Derek Prince, in one of his books, reports a drought faced by the Pilgrims 400 years ago.
Desperate, they called on God for His Solution, set forth in His Word. 2 Chronicles 7:13 points out how God Himself withholds the rain. Verse 14 establishes the 4 key steps we believers in Him need to take before He will hear from heaven, forgive our sins, and heal our land.
Seeking God's Solution, the Pilgrims set aside a day for "humiliation, fasting and prayer." The Lord had to have seen that they were following 2 Chronicles 7:14: they humbled themselves, prayed, sought His face, and turned from their wicked ways.
What was the result? YES--- as always, God did His part! Later that afternoon a soft, gentle rain fell! The drought was broken. Their living faith in the Living God was deepened.
Four hundred years ago virtually 100% of the Pilgrims participated in that God-directed spiritual exercise.
Today, in California, we are seeking 40,000 believers in Christ, 1/10th of one percent of the 40 millions Californians to repent. We are also sharing a 40 day repentance devotional on the website that can be downloaded and shared with your church.
Brothers and sisters in Christ from Missouri and Colorado have already joined as intercessors. One sister wrote: I have to join ! This is about Psalm 133 unity!
If the Pilgrims did it, we can also.

Having confessed this sin, and then having repented, we can experience the Holy Spirit 's peace!
