VM IV is hosting an afternoon art show and walk, and we're invited.

Jessie Benton Evans Gray painting

Widely acclaimed husband-and-wife American artists Don Gray and Jessie Benton Evans Gray were residents of VM IV. After their passing, their home sat vacant and undisturbed. Then, by sheer chance, a neighbor was given a tour of the home, which contained hundreds of the artists' works.

Some of those works of art are now on display in VM IV's clubhouse, while others still reside in the Gray's former home. This art show will allow us to view the paintings in both locations.

Below are samples of the Grays' artwork.

Calling All Creatives

VM III's May 2nd Finally Friday happy hour is set to offer something extra.

In addition to Finally Friday's BYOB cocktail gathering, the happy hour event will provide a glimpse at our residents' creative side. The group planning the event shared the following.

Calling all Creatives:

Bring samples of your creative side to share with your neighbors. Are you a painter, potter, photographer, or jeweler? Do you have any other artistic talent that you wish to share?

Let us know by April 30th what you would like to share.
