on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Counter Culture Vero, located on North Indian River Boulevard - 1620 Blvd Village Lane Vero Beach, FL 32967. We start networking at 11:30 AM and lunch goes until 1:00 PM. Attendees should bring one door prize, $1 or $2 for the raffle, name tag, and business cards.

Dean C. Phillips is a Financial Advisor with Merrill in Vero Beach, FL. He has been in the Financial Services industry since 1994. Dean began his career in San Francisco, CA for an Institutional global asset manager. Prior to joining Merrill, Dean held Regional Vice President and Managing Director roles for several recognized global asset managers-including INVESCO Funds, First Eagle Investments and Third Avenue Management. He covered Southeastern U.S., Texas and Puerto Rico/USVI regions.

Dean was recruited by Merrill to assist in growing, managing and preserving the financial affairs of high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs/business owners, private family foundations and philanthropic organizations in South Florida and beyond. Dean is a graduate of San Francisco State University-San Francisco, CA, Bachelor of Arts, International Relations-Concentration in Economics. Additionally, he holds the Series 7, 66 FINRA registrations, Florida and Utah Insurance licenses and the (AAMS®) Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ designation from The College for Financial Planning.

In his leisure time, Dean enjoys international travel (42 countries, so far), snow skiing, riding BMW GS motorcycles and General Aviation as a FAA licensed private pilot. He’s also a volunteer with U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Aviation District 7, Flotilla 56. He resides in Vero Beach with his wife, Lily.

Dean follows the deep-seated Merrill tradition of participating in the communities we serve. This drives his interest in spending time volunteering with organizations in our community.
