"What-If " a question that asks someone to imagine what might happen or what might have happened.

Covid-19 has people all over the world asking "what-if".

ANXIETY fuels - "What-if's'' cause thoughts of the worst-case scenario and k eep us in a state of continual stress .
So how do we conquer the "what if's"? Here are some tips.

Focus on what you know rather than what you don't know -We don't know when this is going to end, we do know globally, we are taking precautions to stop the spread of it.

Focus on what you can control rather than what you can't - You can't control that your courses are now online , you can control staying engaged and getting your work done.

Focus on thinking ahead rather than seeing the negative - you can't change missing out on meaningful life events, you can make plans for the future and create new memories.

Let's try to leave the "what if's" behind and focus on the "what's new".

In Difficult Times
Laughter is
the Best Medicine

Adults between the ages of 18 and 34 report laughing the most. 

Most laughter comes from spending time with family and friends. 

People tend to laugh more when in groups.

People should surround themselves with others who laugh, because laughter is contagious. 

Smiling is a mild, silent form of laughing.
