Employee Spotlight:

Victor Jones and Dan Brady, Operations Coordinators

Time to shine the Employee Spotlight on two of our remarkable new Operation Coordinators, Victor Jones and Dan Brady! First up is Victor. Originally from West Africa, Liberia, Victor is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Victor's aviation journey includes multiple degrees in Aviation Management from Delaware Technical Community College and a Part 107 UAS Operator certification from Jacksonville University in Florida. After graduating, he pursued his aviation career by starting as an Airline Duty Manager at the San Francisco International Airport. He then furthered his career in Airport Operations at the Des Moines International Airport. Victor's commitment, knowledge and dedication inspire us every day and we're honored to have him as part of the ISM team.

Dan's journey began in Osceola County, where he earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida after graduating from St. Cloud High School. His dedication led him to a career in law enforcement following graduation from Hillsborough Community College Criminal Justice Institute. With 25 years of diverse experience, Dan's background includes roles at the Orlando Police Department, serving as Deputy Division Commander at the Orlando International Airport (MCO), and fulfilling responsibilities like Patrol Officer and Field Training Officer. His wealth of expertise is truly inspiring. Let's give Dan a round of applause for his hard work and unwavering dedication!
