NOA is excited to introduce a new way for members to engage and network year-round by launching a series of virtual opportunities in 2025. These engagements are designed to help you foster meaningful relationships, share experiences, and strengthen your leadership journey.

This session offers a welcoming, peer-focused space to exchange ideas, tackle challenges, and connect with others who understand the nuances of nursing association leadership. Whether you’re navigating funding roadblocks or mapping out your next strategic move, this hour is designed for insight, support, and collaboration.

• Format: Choose one of two breakout discussions (Funding or Strategic Planning)

You’ll select your preferred topic during registration and join a small-group conversation focused on either Funding or Strategic Planning. NOA facilitators will guide each breakout discussion, and we’ll come together afterward for a short debrief with the whole group, highlighting shared takeaways and insights.

This member-only event is for anyone leading, guiding, or shaping a nursing association, including, but not limited to:

• Association CEOs, Executive Directors, and other senior staff leaders
• Volunteer Presidents, officers, and other board and committee members
