This weekend, Saturday 2nd March and Sunday 3rd March, in Maidenhead Library, we are holding storytelling events for families aimed to encourage a love of reading. All events are free, no booking required. This year's Maidenhead Big Read theme is 'Step Back in Time' covering eras going all the way back to the dinosaurs, taking in Ancient Egypt, the Vikings, the Victorians and the Second World War along the way. Premiere of Cube video film of Ascot Library
Thanks to generous funding from Ascot Durning Trust, Ascot students have been learning about the film making industry and what is involved in creating a short film with the help of Cube video.
The short film they have produced is premiering Thursday 7th March 5pm - 6:30pm at Ascot Library
Join us at Windsor Library for a fun-filled story time and World Book Day quiz prize giving on 7th March at 4pm.
You can collect these quizzes from Windsor library, during opening hours. Complete them and bring them in on 7th March for a prize.
We encourage children to wear their World Book Day costumes.

An external area at Maidenhead Library is being transformed into a garden space for all to enjoy and learn in. Upcycled materials donated by the community will be used in it's creation.
