We would like to wish you the most wonderful New Year! The last 10 months have been unpredictable, ever-changing, a year of loss and sorrow, a year of fear of the unknown. It was also a year of perseverance, faith, change and community! In March 2020, all of our lives changed drastically and what seemed overnight, yet we all weathered the storm. We want to extend our sympathy to those we have lost this last year first and foremost. Our hearts are with you and your loved ones.

We want to extend our gratitude to our Royse City Chamber Partners for your continued support. If 2020 taught us anything it was to expect the unexpected! The way our Community in Rockwall, Hunt and Collin Counties came together to support local and small businesses is remarkable. We are truly stronger together!

Even though we had to cancel so many of our in person events and meetings we want to assure you we are working on a variety of things and programs that will serve you during this time and into the future.

Please do not hesitate contacting us if you have information you need the Chamber to share. Anything from a special you're offering, information about your business or community, to announcements that you are hiring.

Remember we are moving Forward, Together in 2021!

Be on the look out for our next
We are SUPER EXCITED TO GET BACK TOGETHER SOON AND MAKE 2021 the BEST YEAR YET! So hang tight and keep your eyes peeled for more details to come!
Stay warm, stay safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We want to thank our Holidays and Heroes Sponsors!
We unfortunately had to cancel our in person luncheon scheduled in December due to Covid-19. However, we presented Royse City's Firefighter and Police Officer winners at the Royse City, City Council meeting the past Tuesday.

Congratulations to both Detective Andrew Mason with the Royse City Police Department and Firefighter/EMT Gary Wallace with the Royse City Fire Department. We can not thank either one of you enough for your service to our community and your dedication to keeping us safe.
Our 2020 Royse City Firefighter of the year award was sponsored by Servpro of Rockwall/Rowlett.
Our 2020 Royse City Police Officer of the year award was sponsored by True Blue Heat and Air. We are so grateful to both of our Royse City Sponsors.
We want to thank Linebarger Attorneys at Law for their Sponsorship of this year's Holidays and Heroes Awards for the City of Fate Winners Fire and Police.
We will be presenting the Firefighter and Police Officer of the year for the City of Fate at their City Council meeting as well. The date will be announced soon.

Congratulations to all four gentlemen, we are so grateful for your service to our Communities!

Due to the rising COVID numbers, we have decided to not hold our January or February Luncheon. We are working very hard to find an alternative virtual event to hold in place of our February Luncheon. We will announce more details soon.
With every Royse City Chamber Partnership you have the opportunity to host a Ribbon Cutting. Obviously this year we were only able to have a few in person. For the time being we will be offering Virtual Ribbon Cuttings for those businesses that choose to have one. If you have not had a opportunity and would like us to schedule yours please contact Ashlee Burke at Ashlee@roysecitychamber.com. She will give you more information on what is included!

If you would like to wait until later in 2021 when it is safe for us to gather once again we are happy to accommodate you!
A message from our Chamber Partner; Women in Need (WIN)

As you know, intimate partner violence is still a big problem, and particularly with everyone being shut-in this past year. Sadly, we continue to see about 1 in 4 women and nearly 1 in 7 men in our area experience sexual violence, physical violence, and/or stalking by an intimate partner. Thankfully, Women In Need is here to help as we continue to offer our services free of charge as a response to this important community issue. WIN services include providing prevention education, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, legal advocacy, individual and group counseling, case management, and referrals. WIN works to create a safer reality for survivors and our community. As an important member of this community, would you please consider partnering with us once again in this important work?
Please note, that due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year, our annual Chocolate Indulgence Event will be conducted virtually, on Valentine's Weekend. There are several ways for you to still participate and get that Special Someone the perfect Valentine's Gift.
One way to be involved is to partner with us as one of our esteemed Sponsors. WIN would be excited to honor you and to deliver to you some items that are sure to make your Valentine’s Day memorable.
