Management Opportunity

Vineway, LLC, a nonprofit subsidiary of the Oberlin Heritage Center, is seeking to contract with an individual or firm to manage its single downtown commercial building at 82-86 South Main Street in Oberlin, which includes three occupied tenant spaces and a shared hallway with two restrooms.

The current tenants are The Bridge (A community technology space of the Oberlin Public Library), The Mandarin (Chinese restaurant), and Lupita’s (Mexican restaurant).

Total square footage of the building is approximately 9,660 and it was constructed in 1929. Expected start date: January 1, 2023. This position requires a real estate broker license.
