Greetings!
Happy New Year from the UNG!
I hope you had a joyful holiday with your family and friends and a very happy New Year! I just had a great trip to
Hong Kong
, visiting my mom and other family members. It was nice to unplug for a couple of weeks (minus my updates on social media sharing photos of our trip). I am now feeling renewed as we move ahead into the year 2020!
Did you take time off during the holidays this year? Or was this your busy time of the year? I would love to hear about your holidays!
Regards,
Annie Hardock

Hello. My name is Julie Heyes and I own and operate DOG-HAPPY. Offering Dog Training and OFF-LEASH Group Walk Adventures (Fenced)
As a trainer, I pride myself on staying current in my knowledge. Being educated in Animal Behaviour and Canine Body Language allows me to layer my skills on a solid, current, science based foundation.
|
|
|
My focus is on teaching Concept Training – a games based method of training, fully developed in science, where we literally play games that build neural pathways in our dogs brain, to create the choices we want them to make! The act of learning through play is powerful for both humans and dogs. It accelerates learning, encourages choice and creativity, empowers your dog and gets them actively involved in the learning process! In the words of Benjamin Franklin, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn”.
I’m passionate about educating dog parents about the importance of understanding how dogs learn, how their brains are different than ours and help them see the body language they use to communicate with us – these are some of the special ingredients to becoming a solid partner with your dog vs creating an adversarial relationship.
I also provide private OFF-LEASH Group Walk Adventures to residents of Uxbridge, Utica and Epsom. Groups are small, I pick up/drop off each dog, take them to fully fenced, private owned, forest acreage, where they can run, explore, socialize and play safely with an educated trainer.
Proud to be among those re-defining Professional Dog Training and Walking!
