As a school community we have buried the Alleluia, made our Lenten promises, and reflected in prayer about how we will make Lent a special time. We hope some of the following offerings can assist our families to deepen in faith as we continue our journey together on the 40 days of Lent.  God bless!

Lenten Confessions Teachers in Grades 2-8 will guide their students on an examination of conscience to prepare them for receiving the sacrament of reconciliation during Lent.  Fr. Williams will be joined by a visiting priest at the school so that students in Grades 2-8 will have an opportunity for a Lenten Confession during the week of Feb 26th--March 2nd.

Let's journey closer to Christ in these 40 days... If you are able, please come to the school a little early for dismissal on the following Friday's and join the students in these special prayer devotions, led by Fr. Williams: Friday, March 9th--1:30pm Stations of the Cross Friday, March 16th--1:40pm Divine Mercy Chaplet Friday, March 23rd--1:40pm A reflection on the 7 Last Words of Christ

Consider displaying the following  Lenten Countdown (great for preschool through age 8) and have your children color each block each day in anticipation of Easter.

Don't forget... NO MEAT on Ash Wednesday and ALL Friday's of Lent !

Students can also "give-up" small treats/items during these 40 days as a sacrifice for Christ.
