Advocacy in Action
This week, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce hosted Small Business Day where attendees learned about three issues: recreational marijuana legalization, paid family and medical leave, and site readiness and permitting. Here's a quick recap:
HB150
RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION

DSCC's position: We respect the
rights of adults to do what they want, where and when it's appropriate. Employers, however, want to have the ability to preserve their own, unique policies on this topic, and prefer to wait
for technology that provides a “spot test”
for impairment and immunity from liability. Watch video >

PERMITTING
