MadREP Report | August 21, 2020
The August observation of our statewide COVID-19 Business Impact Survey is still open and our response volume is lower than it was at this time last month. Data from this survey help us educate our partners in government on the economic situation in the Region and what businesses say they need to survive. Please make sure you complete the survey and share it with your networks. If you have not participated in previous months, please start the process today!

We, along with our partners at the Urban League of Greater Madison, look forward to gathering with you, virtually, at the Madison Region Economic Development & Diversity Summit on October 22-23, 2020.

For the latest reopening and recovery resources, be sure to check the MadREP website often.
Data Spotlight: Regional Home Sales (2010-2019)
The housing sector tends to lead the rest of the economy, and turnover in housing stock can serve as a leading indicator of the demand for household durables. Home purchases typically stimulate spending, positively affecting other consumer industries.  Check out MadREP's Data Dashboard for more.
