I can't believe October has already pretty much come and gone. I hope everyone is taking good care of themselves and has something to look forward to as we settle in for the winter. A few years ago, I learned about the Danish practice of hygge. A word that literally means a feeling of comfort and contentment as a lifestyle. What a nice thought to ponder, especially as the temperature drops and the days get shorter. How might we bring more comfort and contentment to our daily lives?
