Colleen Driscoll, Chief Operating Officer for the John Yurconic Agency (JYA), to the
Vistage Key Executive Group.
Her priority as COO is to oversee daily operations for JYA's 12 locations in 6 counties while providing leadership continuity for employees to ensure they have the tools and training to mirror their mission statement and core values. Colleen's presence also allows company president John Yurconic to focus on developing strategic business opportunities for the Lehigh Valley insurance company. "I believe by taking over the internal day-to-day operations, John has more time to focus on the strategic plan and vision for the agency."
Colleen began her career at the JYA in 2013 as Human Resource Administrator. She had previously worked as an HR professional for 16 years at Ernst & Young. In spring of 2015, she was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer at the agency. She is an alumnus of Central Catholic High School and Villanova University, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Colleen was nominated for membership to Vistage by long-standing, Trusted Advisor group member John Yurconic. As COO, she manages 70 people and was looking for a sounding board. Both she and John see Vistage as the perfect place for her to gain perspective, knowledge from other's experience, advice, confidence and much more.
Outside of JYA, Colleen is focused on 3 extremely busy kids who are involved in everything under the sun. She also enjoys running, spending time with friends and volunteering, especially at The Miracle League - an organization that is close to her heart.
