Presentation on Utility-Scale Photovoltaic Systems in Bogota, Columbia
Leaders in Energy member, Calvin Speight, Jr. MRICS, CCP, PMP, Principal, Project Executive Outcomes LLC, led a presentation on the "Basis of Estimate for Renewable Energy" at the Congreso AACE International de Ingeniería de Costos in Bogota, Columbia on October 26, 2019.

The presentation provided a systematic and scalable approach to fortify Colombia's energy future via utility-scale photovoltaic systems. His presentation can be found here and shows how we can analyze the costs and outcomes of developing renewable energy projects in regions like Colombia. It also examined policy mechanisms to promote the integration of non-conventional renewable resources into the grid.
