Let The Good Times Roll!
Not Our Usual Benefit Ball At All Part 2
March 2022

The March Newsletter is coming to you a couple of days early so we can talk a bit about our Annual Mardi Gras Ball. This is the 18th Annual Mardi Gras Ball and that is a very long time. The event started in one of the smaller rooms at the Fabulous Fox Theater and quickly moved to the Grand Ball Room. We were a much smaller agency at the time, and it stayed there until 2019. In 2020, we moved to the Delta Flight Museum near the Atlanta Airport. I miss the FOX but I love the Delta Flight Museum and then in 2020 along came Covid.

The Mardi Gras Ball was later than most years on 2/25/20. It was March 5th, a couple of days later, when my daughter and I left on one of the trips of a lifetime to India. According to the news, the day we left Covid was under control and we did not have to worry. The trip was great…however we almost did not make it back into the US because travel restrictions were taking place leaving Europe. Fortunately, we were booked through Canada and arrived home March 14th to a closed office and a country in full panic. And the rest is history.

The Mardi Gras Ball has been virtual for the last two years- thanks so much for your support. I have missed being with everyone more than you would ever believe. Please join us, Tuesday, March 1st at 6 pm, as we once again celebrate Mardi Gras virtually. We hope that we can be together next year in person.
