We Need Your Input In Order to Design A Grant You Need!
Why do teachers never get the opportunity to talk about what they need in their classrooms? It is crazy to design a grant without thinking first about what classroom teachers need and what would work best! Here is your chance to chime in and help design a raised bed garden kit, hydroponic kit, drip irrigation kit, or even provide a new idea for a kit specifically designed for NM teachers. Don't miss your chance to give your feedback, the deadline is October 26th! Use this link to speak your mind: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9XP96D2
Get "Yucky Worms" In Your Class!
Seeking Volunteers/AGvocates!
Our new Ag Literacy Project “Yucky Worms” is off to a great start! In the last 2 months, 12 FFA Chapters from across the state have completed the training. They are ready to visit elementary classrooms to present this fun and engaging lesson about worms and soil! The Texico FFA Chapter recently presented the lesson to 2nd graders. We are also happy to train volunteers to use these resources in their community! Hear what classroom teachers are saying about this project!
