We are excited to announce the launch of our new Membership Database software. Active Net. Our new program will allow the Y new ways to manage your account and communicate with you. As a member or program participant you will now have the ability to manage your account and register for programs online.
Update Your Information

In order to make full use of the new system, it is important that you
have current contact information on file.
Please stop by our Member Services desk and confirm or update your
  • email
  • cell phone number & Carrier.
An email on file allows you to access online account management and
  • Receive email newsletters
  • Receive program and registration information directly from program directors,
A Cell phone and carrier on file for each family member whom
you would like to receive text notifications
  • Receive notices of weather closures, power outages directly to your phone.

Once you have accessed your online tools, you may update all of your family members' information online.

Click the "Online Registration" button at the top right corner of our webpage.

2.Set Up Your Account. - Click the Yellow sign up/sign-in button.
  • On the next screen click " forgot password"
  • Enter the email you have on file at the Y.
  • Access your email account and look for an email from
"The Auburn & Skaneateles YMCA"
  • Follow the prompts to update your password.
  • Return to the Online portal and sign in with
your email and New password.
