Yep I said it.  Lets talk about poop baby!  Lets talk about all the good things and the bad things that may be.  Lets talk about poop, baby!  Not a subject we ever talk about, but so important. Here's a little story.  So when I was about 10,  there was a public washroom incident that left me feeling quite anxious.  Because of this one moment in time, I was paralyzed with the notion of having to use the public washroom, my digestion suffered and my anxiety grew.  At first, no big deal, you are a kid.  But after some years, looking for a job, wanting to travel, and just plain living life, it took a toll on my body and my spirit.  I developed some IBS symptoms which made going out even worse.   It has taken some years learning how to listen to my body and deal with that anxiety. The point of this story is, my body has paid the price because of the anxiety, stress, holding my bowels, not eating the best foods, childbirth, etc.
BUT, since my routine of essential oils, adding them to my water through out the day and using the Life Long Vitality pack and enzyme supplements, my routine finally has some normalcy.

What's your story?  I would love to hear it!

  Reflexology Is A Lifestyle!
Sharing Do Terra Oils

So Why Do Terra?  Well there are many reasons.  I, like you, know there are many products that people are trying to push these days.  Being a Reflexologist and entering the many trade shows that I do, there is always new products and new people.  I believe that I have always had a very good intuition about intentions. I have only been with one other company in the past that I felt was genuine and I still have an account with them today and use their products.
However,  where other products enhance us, the Do Terra Oils REPLACE our existing products with an alternative to what we already use.  That is right, REPLACE what we already use.
Renew and Regenerate.  Reflexology relieves stress, pain and tension, while promoting well-being in the body.   Aromatherapy smells amazing and each oil has it's own therapeutic properties.  By applying the Oils to the feet, they are absorbed into the blood stream in a matter of 30 seconds.  The body then soaks up the vast benefits.  Lavender helps with sleep and headaches.  Lemon helps lower blood pressure, stimulates the immune system, is anti-microbial, and helps heal scars.

Won't you join me on this journey and see where the path takes you?

    How to Use Oils!

How to Use Essential Oils Aromatically!

Diffusing:  A good diffuser should use cool or room temperature air.  This helps the oil remain air-bound for several more hours and does not affect the structure of the oil through heat, which can diminish the quality of the oil.

Nebulizer:  A system that uses air pressure generated by compressing & vaporizing essential oils.  A nebulizer allows finest particles to essential oil dispersed into the air.

Direct Inhalation:  Directly inhaling the oil can be done by holding the bottle of essential oil a few inches from the nose and breathing in the aroma, or by adding a drop to the hands and cupping them over the mouth.

Indirect Inhalation:  Adding a drop to a handkerchief, cotton ball, small square of fabric, shirt collar, hair, pillowcase, etc.,can all be beneficial.

Hot Water Vapour/Steam Tent:  Heat a pot of water (not boiling), add 1-3 drops of essential oil, place a towel over your head while leaning over the water, and inhale the steam.

Fan, Vent, etc:  Just like with the indirect inhalation, you can add the oil to a cloth and place it in a vent or even in front of a fan.

Personal Fragrance:  Oils smell amazing and are safer and healthier for your body then commercial scents.

Thought to impart courage to its bearer, Thyme was given to knights and warriors before they went into battle by ladies of the Middle Ages. During this same period, Thyme was often placed beneath pillows to help promote a peaceful sleep and to ward off nightmares. The ancient Greeks used Thyme in their baths and burned it as an incense in their temples while the Egyptians used it in their embalming rites. Today, Thyme is commonly used as a seasoning, but it also produces a potent essential oil that has cleansing and purifying effects for the skin; however, due to its high thymol content, Thyme should be diluted with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil before application. Thyme has specific chemistry that supports a healthy immune system.
