It's the month of hearts and roses! Hope everything is as rosy with you as it is here in the Punta Gorda real estate market! The inventory is still low but more and more homes are being listed and prices are still going in the right direction for the sellers! Besides Valentine's Day - February brings us Ground Hog Day, Lame Duck Day and Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk Day (!) both of which seem rather apropos given the amount of election media we're seeing these days. Hope your winter stays mild!

When placing anything from accent pillows and table lamps, go for symmetry, which is pleasing to the eye.
Clear everything from countertops except one or two decorative items, like a vase of flowers or bowl of fresh fruit.
Go gender neutral in the master bedroom. Ditch those dainty, floral pillow shams or NASCAR posters.
