I trust you found the NCM to be both informative and enjoyable. It was great to see everyone assembled at last.
I just want to remind you that you; that Clubs meeting the criteria must apply for the $500.00 credit within 90 days of the NCM’s conclusion. The $500.00 is credited to the clubs account, unless a check is specified. Below please find the exact wording from Section 13 of our By-Laws. Note the credit for attending the NCM is a one time exception for 2021, as the credit is applicable to the AGM which is held at NASC.
"With the exception of the voting delegate of the Skal International USA Club hosting the Annual General Meeting, to be eligible for the $500.00 credit from Skal International USA, each club must have their voting delegate pay the full registration package fee (including a host hotel accommodation, single or double occupancy), and the credit must be applied for by the club within ninety (90) days of the AGM’s conclusion. Only one $500.00 credit may be given to each club sending a qualified delegate, regardless of the number of votes the club may be entitled to during the meeting. This change only applies to 2021 and allows the $500.00 credit to be used to attend the National Committee Meeting (NCM) in Quebec, Canada in place of the Annual General Meeting.”
