Dear Musikgarten Licensee,
 
We hope that you and your loved ones are staying well. As things begin to slowly return back to normalcy, it is that time again to renew your Musikgarten license. The term of the license runs from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. In a continued effort to keep our license fees consistent and affordable for our partners, the License fee for this term remains at $110.00 , and additional teachers are only $20.00 for each teacher.
 
Our Basic License policies from your original License Application have basically stayed the same. You can review the policies here . However, we did make a few changes and updates to the License Contract for 2020-2021. These items mainly focus on online and video teaching.

Here is the simple process for License renewal:

  • License Contract: Please download the new contract. Then fill in the applicable information, sign and date, keep a copy for your records, and send a signed copy to Musikgarten at 507 Arlington Street, Greensboro, NC 27406 or email to Denise Wallington at event@musikgarten.org.

  • Renewal Form: To expedite your license renewal, please also complete the 2020-2021 Renewal Form with updated studio information and return to our office by mail or email to Denise at event@musikgarten.org. Please be sure to indicate what complimentary Musikgarten item you would like!

  • Payment Options: In order to keep your license current with no interruption of service, payment should be received at our offices by June 30, 2020. We know that this is difficult time financially for many, and we want to help. Therefore, during this time you can pay for your License in full or we will be happy to set up a payment plan that fits your needs, with the goal of having the full amount paid by Oct. 31, 2020.   • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or check or money order. For Canadian licensees, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments. Please mail checks to Musikgarten, 507 Arlington Street, Greensboro, NC 27406.

1) Parent Marketing:  We continue to invest in our nationwide and international, active, paid advertising through Google and social media building Musikgarten brand awareness among parents in order to lead them to the teacher locator, and you! These are geo-targeted to each studio owner’s location.
 
IMPORTANT: Please check your information on the Teacher Locator! Potential clients cannot contact you if you have incorrect contact information, including your email address and website address. Log in through the Teacher Extranet and update if needed. If you need a password to login, email Denise at event@musikgarten.org . Or send us your studio information via email and we will update it for you!
 
2) Musikgarten Coaching Live Sessions: These FREE to licensee sessions on curricula and marketing topics are conducted by Musikgarten Trainers and packed with relevant information. Plus, they are interactive, allowing you to build your peer community while strengthening your teaching and business skills.
 
3) Musikgarten Teacher Extranet: Exclusive to Musikgarten Licensed teachers , here you will find lots of materials to help you build your business, from a business manual and worksheets, marketing materials, graphics to recorded Coaching sessions from business building to teaching specifics.
