We cultivate discernment & wisdom so that we do it in a way that allows us to move with grace, ease, and deep care for our practice. We get to let go of greed, aversion, and most importantly delusion that has been blocking our hearts & minds, and this creates the space to move into a life that we truly want to live."

Leslie Booker brings her heart, wisdom & compassion to the intersection of social justice, yoga & mindfulness. A graduate of Spirit Rock’s Teacher Training Program, she teaches nationally utilizing the foundation of Dharma & embodied wisdom practices. She’s worked with incarcerated & vulnerable youth, done mindfulness & cognitive-based therapy work on Rikers Island, and written about best practices for teaching yoga in criminal justice settings.
