Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus:
Jesus is the LIGHT of the World. John 8:12:" I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."
In the same WAY that Jesus came on a donkey (Luke 19:37,38) on what we call Palm Sunday as THE LIGHT, here in flood-damaged villages of Malawi, Joseph Kazembe's team of ten people is bringing physical and spiritual LIGHT in the same Spirit as Palm Sunday.
Jesus said in Matthew 5:16: " Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
Here's Bishop Joseph's reports:
As indicated yesterday, we're still in Nkhoma continuing our program. Please remember, with just a day left, we're facing accumulating bills for accommodation and food. We'll also need transport to return home this afternoon God willing."
I'm touched by the smiles! Thanks to all, especially Brother Jeff, for his sacrifices that enable us to do the right thing for His Glory ."
Joseph G.Kazembe
We thought it will take us One day but alas it's now two days we are spending another night in field food and accomodations for our team is needed so badly so tired but bringing joy in the faces of the these precious people , lam praying for miracle donation my brother
We're responding to the victims, and despite a minor setback - I had a motorcycle accident, but thankfully unhurt π! It was a moment of laughter and realization: it's worth falling for a cause like this. We distributed food, shared the Gospel, and the mission continues tomorrow with house-to-house solar light distributions. Thanks for donation that brought us here. Our 10-member team is doing this by faith, but we still have a big budget gap to cover. Praying for tomorrow's provision as we share the light
