Dear Fellow Alumni,
My name is Anne (Lynd) Bradford. I am a member of the class of 1992. I have been teaching Math here at Lexington Catholic for 27 years—ever since Father Bueter hired me fresh out of UK. This upcoming school year, I get to add a new title to my resume, parent of an incoming freshman. I can only hope that my son will love LC as much as I do! I am so proud to have been able to be a part of all the growth phases of Lexington Catholic. From having watched the Bueter Library and Religion classrooms be built during my time as a student at LC, to getting one of the new Math classrooms, to the latest addition being built behind the Alumni Gym, it has been incredible to see how much we have been able to accomplish on this little piece of property on Clays Mill Road. I am so excited for our Future Knights to be able to have state-of-the-art science labs! If you haven’t been to Lexington Catholic in a while, please come check out how much it has changed in the years since you have been here.

Phillip Johnson '10 is an example of drive, ambition, and leadership since his graduation in 2010 from Lexington Catholic. Phillip attended Eastern Kentucky University graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. His growth since joining the Lexington Police Department in 2013 has been exceptional serving currently as one of the youngest Sergeants since being promoted in January 2021. Phillip has served his local and state communities through volunteering for many events and is part of the Kentucky First Responders Disaster Relief Team traveling to other states and assisting fellow Kentuckians when disasters occur. Phillip has been the recipient of many awards and commendations including in 2018 FOP Member of the Year.
Hannah B. Simms '10 is, quite simply, amazing. Though her career is still young, she has served the University of Kentucky in a number of important roles, including leading the development and implementation of UK Health Corps, a support hub for services, information, and referrals related to COVID-19 during the pandemic; providing engagement leadership for the UK Alumni Association; and most recently, serving as Associate Dean of Students, overseeing the Office of Student Conduct. Trained as an attorney, Hannah is clearly a rising star in higher education, and she exemplifies the values of LCHS in the integrity, compassion, and commitment in her work.

Please join us in the LCHS Cafeteria at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, March 25, and enter through the glass doors that are facing Clays Mill Road – Entrance “B”.
While in the cafeteria, the Easter Bunny will be ready for photo opportunities, donuts, and beverages will be provided, along with a coloring activity. You can catch up with other alumni and friends.
We will walk together to go to the Easter Egg Hunt location, which begins at 9:00 a.m. Weather permitting, we will walk to Joseph K. Thursday, March 2, 2023, Capital Campaign and Furnish the Future donors were invited to participate in a “sneak peek” of the new facilities, a 25,000 square foot edition which includes a state-of-the-art Science Center, Student Commons area, and new High Marks Center. Over 75 guests enjoyed tours of the new facilities in process and presentations from Peters & Pearson Architects, Blanton Coates from Dean Builds, and Tami Dobbins from KPC Furnishings.
The Capital Campaign, “Building A Better Future,” has taken many years of commitment and financial support to make a reality. This $12 million project is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2023, so that students may use the new spaces for the 2023-2024 school year. Lexington Catholic is grateful to all those who have donated to this exciting project. If you are interested in making a donation or learning more, please contact Anna Wagner Mullis, Vice President of Advancement at amullis@lexingtoncatholic.com or visit the Lexington Catholic website, www.lexingtoncatholic.com.
