Inscribed on the Liberty Bell is this Truth from Leviticus 25:10: " And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and PROCLAIM LIBERTY throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. "
Godly Liberty was at the heart of William Penn's " Holy Experiment" and at the heart of those founding fathers signing the Declaration of Independence beneath that Liberty Bell.
This is an analysis from our brother John Bulinda:
I believe that the Global Prayer of Repentance that we started in February 2022 through February 2023 , has attained the inclusion of Gentile nations as Jesus said in John 10:16 "And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they shall hear My voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd."
William Penn believed that God's plan included displaying the Love of Christ to ALL PEOPLES, including the Native Americans. And indeed he believed that this model of the heart and character of the Living God could be an example to other nations in line with Christ's Prayer; "I do not Pray for these alone; but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they ALL MAY BE ONE, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also MAY BE ONE IN US; that the world may believe that You sent Me." (John 17:20-21).
Prior to my arrival to the United States of America for the very first time on August 29th 2013, the HOLY SPIRIT led me to purchase Apostles Chuck Pierce and Dutch Sheets Book “RELEASING THE PROPHETIC DESTINY OF A NATION” which was dedicated to the apostles, prophets and intercessors who are willing to stand and cry “RESTORE OUR NATION." for America to turn back to God,
The two obedient servants of God, faithfully went through the entire 50 states of America including the Capital Washington DC allowing God to raise up an army of worshiping warriors that no force on Earth would be able to withstand. Thus God is calling His Church, or Ekklesia group, called out and assembled together as one man. I believe this army is called out to complete the purpose of God in the earthly realm as prophesied by Micah: "Now gather yourself in troops, O daughter of troops; He has laid siege against us, They will strike the judge of Israel with a rod on the cheek. But you, Bethlehem, Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me the one to be Ruler in Israel. Whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting." Therefore He shall give them up, until the time that she who is in labor has given birth; Then the remnant of His brethren shall return to the children of Israel. And He shall stand and feed His flock in the strength of the LORD. In the majesty of the name of the LORD His God; And they shall abide, For now He shall be great to the ends of the earth; And this One shall be peace." (Micah 5:1-4).
Soon after my arrival and landing in Delaware ( the First State) through JFK Airport in New York, I started Praying and Interceding for the 50 states of America to Turn back to Godliness and Holiness in line with Jeremiah 6:16-17: "Thus says the LORD; stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it, then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not walk in it.' Also, I set watchmen over you saying, 'Listen to the sound of the trumpet!' But they said, 'We will not listen.' "
It was at this time that the LORD connected me with Pastor Jeff Daly, President of National Day of Repentance located in California and Warwick Marsh the national Coordinator of Prayer and Intercession in Australia.
Through the nine years that God divinely connected me with these two men of God, (though we have never met in person), Australia led in Global Prayers for America preceded by Repentance from April 30th into the National Day of Repentance, that is normally observed on the First Thursday of May, every year.
This mighty move of God led to the birthing of the Global Day of Repentance that brought together close to 50 Nations Globally who are on our NDR Database and join together to Repent and Pray for Restoration of Godly roots in the 50 states starting with the 13 Original Colonial States.
The sovereign LORD in February 2022 inspired Pastor Jeff Daly to start special Repentance and Prayers for the original 13 Colonies on a monthly basis and so far we have conducted repentance for 11 Colonies save two, Pennsylvania and Georgia slotted for January 1, 2023 and February 1, 2023 respectively.
Currently, the Continent of Africa has joined with Australia and America under a vision that the LORD gave me of “Triple AAA” KNEELS representing America, Africa and Australia spearheading Global Repentance and Return to Godly Roots.
Soon after Africa Kneels Website was established with Sister Susan Hammer our Coordinator in South Africa, and Pastor Jeff Daly in California, I was led to join and narrow down to start KENYA KNEELS by gathering Pastors and leaders from different churches and denominations to be united and Pray for our nation against the spirit of idolatry, sorcery and witchcraft as well as Praying for the then forthcoming elections to be peaceful and devoid of post election violence as happened whenever we went through the election process. God answered our Prayer and not only did we not have violence after elections, but after the President was declared the winner, he and his deputy president went down on their knees in the presence of a mammoth crowd in the stadium along with their wives. This trend has since motivated other African countries to join the Global effort under AFRICA KNEELS to conduct Repentance for their respective nations. I am grateful to the Holy Spirit and am glad that so far the African countries that have joined our efforts are Seven in just Six months. Glory to God.
In November as we lifted the State of New York the enemy attacked me hard seeking to destroy me but the Prayers of the saints kept me protected and after staying in hospital for one week I was discharged and Am recuperating from home in the Presence of our Mighty LORD and savior Jesus Christ. Although I cannot be able to engage in work as I have been to pay our bills and support our siblings back in Africa, God has been faithful to provide for needs and I can’t thank Him enough for His generosity and faithfulness.
As we look forward to the Global Day of Repentance focusing on Pennsylvania on Sunday January 1st 2023, where God sent William Penn to exhibit God's hand in directing the settlement of millions of acres now known as Pennsylvania, it is worthwhile to remember the warning of the first President of America, George Washington who said in his inauguration address in New York City at Federal Hill.
The message in George Washington’s inauguration address: “The propitious smile of heaven can never be expected in a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained.” Thus he warned the United States that if it did not uphold the eternal standard of God, our nation would not prosper."
The United States was sanctified to God on April 30, 1789 by George Washington at the St. Paul’s Chapel. This is the same chapel that many people took refuge during the 9/11 terrorist attack.
George Washington, Senate, and Representatives bowed and Prayed together, dedicating the future of the United States to God and to keeping God’s laws.
Through the Gift of Repentance, God is draining the Swamps using us, the Remnants to Restore America’s Soul and Conscience as a “Wake up” call for all Christians and His Ekklesia to stand against sin and immorality.
Dutch Sheets and Chuck Pierce finished their 50 days tour of America on August 2-3, 2004 with a sigh “Mission Accomplished.” The LORD had ordered their steps to end with Pennsylvania, the “Keystone State.” The keystone is the stone at the top of the arch that holds everything together.
Under the Global Day of Repentance, “America Kneels” will focus on Pennsylvania, this coming January 1st as we declare that the synergy from the other 49 states will connect with our other Global Partners including Africa kneels and Australia Kneels that God will Reconnect, Revive, and Restore His Plan for this great nation.
We also declare and decree that His Government is the absolute government over this nation and other civil governments will align with His purpose.
William Penn had high hopes that his settlement, known as Pennsylvania, would have an impact upon the entire nation. His work provides a seed for the nation in another important manner. The fourth revision of the constitution for Pennsylvania, “The Charter of Privileges,” which served as an outline for the Constitution of the United States.
Just like the other twelve colonies, after the death of William Penn, the Godly roots planted in Pennsylvania have withered and the Holy Experiment has nearly been forgotten and therefore we are joining Pennsylvania on Sunday January 1st 2023, with a two hour zoom call at 12 Noon Eastern USA Time on a Global Day of Repentance.
Over the early years of Pennsylvania’s history, she has shown herself to be the seed of the nation in other ways. The signing of the Declaration of Independence took place in Philadelphia; Washington’s famous Prayer took place at Valley Forge, just a few miles from Philadelphia; and York, Pennsylvania, became the nation’s first capital.
Our Repentance will include three major items:
The first should include cleansing the nation from the contamination of the seed with leaders of the Masonic order - such as Pennsylvania’s own Benjamin Franklin. As a result the holy seed of the gospel began to be mixed with the esoteric philosophies of freemasonry. Today, the lodge itself lists many Blue Lodges in the State. The result is that thousands, some serving in leadership in the church and government have made pacts with other gods. In addition, other aspects of witchcraft including Pow-wow and Wicca have and still do hold sway over many in the state.
The second should be Repentance over the Battle of Gettysburg which took place in 1863, for over three days with participation of 97,000 Union and 75,000 Confederate soldiers. When the battle was over, 51,000 had lost their lives, ranking Gettysburg as the deadliest battle on U.S. soil. Today, people continue to see apparitions of ghosts of Gettysburg and many coffee shops draw in customers with storytellers sharing macabre stories of ghosts on the battlefield.
The third should be Injustice and Racism. Over the years, Pennsylvania has been plagued with Injustice and Racism. In the 1960s, the city of York, Pennsylvania, became a hotbed for black/white hatred. Just a few years ago, two trials for murders on each side of this issue captured the nation’s attention. Other hate groups such as the KKK have set up residence in Pennsylvania. It seems that because of the way satan has perverted things in the state, the LORD desires for Pennsylvania to be the state of brotherly LOVE (Just as the name Philadelphia means “City of Brotherly Love”)
Since to Heal a person and to Heal a nation requires God’s solution in His eternal Word, we will dedicate the twelfth and thirteen colonial states (Pennsylvania and Georgia on January 1st February 1st 2023 respectively). It's very important at this point, to bring the “Model of Christian Charity” by the Hon. John Winthrop Esqr. in which with a great company of Religious people and Christian tribes, he was the Brave Leader and Governor of Massachusetts from the Island of Great Britain to New England in North America, Anno 1630.
John Winthrop wrote his Model aboard the Arbella ship. It is no coincidence that Arbella is Latin for “Yielding to Prayer” and in German means “Eagle Heroine” while in English means “Beautiful” and in Spanish “Little Arabian Woman.”His vision was that Massachusetts would become a “City Upon a Hill”
That 1630 sermon by John Winthrop is now famous mainly for its proclamation that “we shall be as a city upon a hill.” Beginning in the 1970s, the 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan placed that line, from that sermon, at the center of his political career. Tracing the story of America from John Winthrop forward, Reagan built a powerful articulation of American exceptionalism—the idea, as he explained, “that there was some divine plan that placed this great continent between two oceans to be sought out by those who were possessed of an abiding love of freedom and a special kind of courage.”
In John Winthrop’s Model, I gathered four main points that I have acronymed “PEWM”

1. Persons (we are the People called by His Name - 2 Chronicles 7:13-14).
2. End (To Improve Our Lives to Do More Service to the LORD - Seek the LORD while He may be found - Isaiah 55:6-7)
6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
3. Work (For the WORK we have in our Hand, by Mutual consent to Seek out a place of Cohabitation and Consort-ship under a due form of Government both Civil and Ecclesiastical bound by the Spirit of God "Through whom we are being joined together to grow into a Holy Temple in the LORD - Ephesians 2:11-22).”

11 Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands— 12 remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility 15 by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace, 16 and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. 17 And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. 18 For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. 22 In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.
4. Means (Making Love the MEANS of Conformity with the WORK and the END We Aim at. Thus we must not look only on our Own things, but also on the things of our Brethren).
