2026 is shaping up to be a great year as we celebrate 250 yrs of freedom today. We are seeing multiple base hits in the courts and executive branch bringing back our freedom. The 2nd amendment is not a 2nd class right.

Here are some highlights so far

The Department of Justice:

Do you know of a past DOJ that actively protected the constitution like this one is doing?

Sued Denver CO over assault weapons ban

Sues VA over assault weapons ban

Told CA they will sue over Glock ban

Determined that 18 USC 1715 is unconstitutional, we can mail guns again

when is the last time the DOJ said a federal law was unconstitutional?

The Supreme Court:

Trump can now fire deep state hires, anti gun employees in ATF and DOJ should be worried

Brett Kavanaugh articulates that semi auto handguns can never be banned

Spirit of Aloha defense is ended

Vampire laws are gone, In NY we can carry on private property again

Tiers of scrutiny tried to make a comeback and failed completely

Red Flag process has been shown to be unconstitutional

Justice Brown-Jackson has helped define proper analysis in a dissent !

We can carry in post offices again (hecklers veto is again denied)

Wolford and Lopez have given us the "any" language !!!

..."Does it concern ANY form of arms"...

..."Does the law place ANY restrictions"...

And they have certified 2 AR 15 cases for next term !

Class Schedule

I am teaching 5 class modules for the 18hr concealed carry. If you want these other classes jump in for the right parts during the series. Sign up online. Seating is limited. If the class is not available, its sold out. So depending on which you want assemble:

Concealed Carry 18hr (16hr classroom 2+hr at the range) all 5 but

only 4 and 5 need to be done the same week. So if you have schedule conflicts, get the misses on the next series.

Class 3 Safety, Article 35 legal use of force, psychology

Though other parts of the law hopefully change due to court action the training requirement is not likely to go away, as in the late 1700s, most of the US required all able bodied males to maintain a firearm, a certain amount of ammunition and train up to 6 days per year at their own expense !
