SCOTUSblog is a great resource that has been around for over 20 years that comprehensively covers the U.S. Supreme Court. As a former academic librarian who specialized in criminal justice, political science, and law SCOTUSblog was a wonderful tool to keep up with the business of the U.S. Supreme court. It was recently bought by Dispatch Media, Inc. which means that they will hopefully be able to add back in some of their previous services.
