Library Re-Opening to Patrons by Appointment starting July 15th

We will begin welcoming patrons into the library building starting  Wednesday, July 15 , but with limited capacity, hours, and services.

Patrons can call us at (847) 526-6225 to make 30 minute appointments to browse for materials in the building.

Please note this could change depending on state guidelines and COVID-19 statistics in our area.
We require:

  • All patrons age 2 and up need to wear a face covering
  • All patrons must observe social distancing guidelines
  • All patrons must adhere to the Library's COVID-19 Public Safety Policy

Some changes to the building:

  • Due to limited capacity and appointment times we have removed soft seating
  • To minimize exposure there will be no eating or drinking in the Library
  • Patrons ages 13 and younger must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a sibling charged with their care aged 18 or older
