The power of music and song are used as an introduction to language in this program for babies and toddlers. Exposure to new and different language sounds in early childhood can help children with language acquisition skills as they grow. This program is for babies and toddlers. 

Sat. June 17th | 11:30AM-3:00PM

Adults and teens are invited to a 12PM screening of The Whistle by director, StormMiguel Florez. There will be a virtual discussion and Q&A with the director at 1:00PM. The documentary recounts the history of a secret code created by and shared among young lesbians in 1970s & 80s Albuquerque, NM.

Join us for a fiber-arts social gathering! Knit, crochet, embroider, stitch, and more! Supplies and help will be available. Bring your own project to work on in our community setting or begin a new one. All skill levels welcome!

Transform an old book page into a work of art. We will be painting images on recycled dictionary/encyclopedia pages. All supplies provided!

In Dear Park Ranger, Jeff Darren Muse explores the farms and football fields of central Indiana, to snowy West Coast wildlands, from desert canyons, to meandering rivers, to a city built by slavery, while examining his younger years shaped by insecurity and wanderlust while pursuing a tree hugger’s career. This talk is for tweens, teens, and adults.

Join Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Investigator, Shane Rocha, to discuss New Mexico’s connection to UFOs including the Roswell Event and other sightings. Come to learn more to prepare for the Roswell UFO Festival taking place June 30th-July 2nd.
