Keep learning about the Golden Hill Paugussett Indian Nation's history with Quarter-acre of Heartache, written by the late Chief Big Eagle (Aurelius Piper). The book chronicles the history of history of his people, their relationships to other Connecticut Nations, and the legal battle waged over the 1/4 acre reservation located in Trumbull. It is available to check out at the Burroughs-Saden branch of the Bridgeport Public Library.
