Zoom Etiquette Reminders!
In order to make the Zoom programs enjoyable for all, please note the following suggestions:
Mute your microphone: Zoom has a "Mute Microphone" option that cuts out the background noise for the audience. This feature should be used when listening to a presenter or program. Please note: you will be able to hear the presenter and the audience won't hear you!
Chat function: Please enter your questions into the Chat feature. The presenter will address the Chat at the end of the program. This prevents interruptions from the audience and allows the program to flow.
Be conscience of your actions on camera: Remember that everyone can see you. Exaggerated movements are distracting to the audience and can be disruptive to the speaker. Try and stay still and be attentive to the presenter.
