"What's it Worth?

Antiques Road Show 

Wednesday, September 21st

at 6:30 pm


Is it trash or is it a treasure? Author, Auctioneer and Appraiser, Mike Ivankovich will introduce you to “What Determines Value"…and reveal what your antiques, collectibles and personal items are really worth today. The first 15 participants registered for this Zoom program are invited to bring in 1-2 items for Mike to appraise. Registration required. Participants will receive instructions prior to the program on how to display appraised items.

Adult and Teen Yoga

Monday, September 12th at 7:30 pm


Join us for our popular half hour teen and adult yoga class. Registration required to receive the zoom program link.

Limber Up Chair Yoga

Tuesday, September 13th at 11:15 am


The 30-minute class includes seated and standing exercises with the support of a chair. Registration is required to receive the Zoom information. 

Fall 2022 Preschool Storytime  

Tuesday, September 13th at 2:00pm


Join us for an in-person storytime on our Reading Patio, weather permitting. This program, for ages 3-5 meets weekly until November 15th. Registration required.

Teen Tuesday: Locker Magnets

Do you want to jazz up your locker? Come to the Locker Magnet program and learn how to personalize your locker! Registration required for this in-person program.

Join us for our weekly crochet class. Projects TBD. You should have a basic knowledge of crochet to participate in this program. Registration required.

Rock Painting Party for Kids

Find your inner peace and calm at the library with a fun painting activity! We'll supply the rocks and paint, and you can bring the creativity. Wear art appropriate clothes. Please be on time, supplies are limited. Registration is not required.

Friday Film Series: Being the Ricardos

September is Library Card

Sign-Up Month


This September, the Eastchester Public Library joins the American Library Association and libraries nationwide for Library Card sign-up month. It's a time to remind parents and students that a library card is the first step towards lifelong learning, opening a world of possibilities through resources and services. All children who sign up for an EPL library card receive a free book from our children's book cart as a welcome gift!

Library Elevator


We are sorry to report that the library's passenger elevator remains out of order.

To enter the library, avoiding the stairs, please use the upper entrance of the building on Oak Ridge Place. You may also enter the library thru the library's Reading Patio located on the northwest side of the building. Parking is available (regular and handicapped) at the top five spots in the staff parking area. If you still need help entering the library, give us a call at 914-793-5055 and we will arrange to assist you in any way we can.
